To put your membership on hold, login to the National Fitness app or Member Hub and follow these steps:

PLEASE NOTE:
Only main member can cancel the membership. Cancellation is effective 30 days after request is received. Member(s) will have access and be billed for this 30-day period. For example, if your membership dues are $99 per month and you cancel on the 20th of the month, you will receive one final prorated bill of $66 to cover the 1st through 20th of the next month.
The preferred and quickest way to submit a cancellation request is through the National Fitness app using the steps below.

A cancellation shall be deemed submitted on the date it is received, whether via email or certified mail, the date the Cancel Me webform was completed, or, in the case of in-person cancellation at a National Fitness club, upon issuance of the National Fitness email confirming receipt of the cancellation request. Please refer to your Membership agreement for additional agreement details and terms.

To cancel Personal Training, you must request a cancellation at least 30 days prior to the cancellation effective date. You may notify us of your cancellation either (1) via email to member.services@nationalfitness.com, (2) via first class mail to National Fitness Center, PO Box 5376, Knoxville, Tn 37928-5376 (to insure we receive your notice, we recommend using certified mail return-receipt requested), or (3) in-person at a physical National Fitness Center location.
