Are sports your thing? Whether you’re an every-now-and-then competitor or hard-core athlete you’ll love BODYATTACK. This class is a high-energy, sports-inspired cardio workout that builds your strength and stamina.

BODYCOMBAT®

Knock out stress and get strong with BODYCOMBAT. In this high-energy class you'll strike, punch and kick your way to burning calories and building endurance.

STEP

Tone and strengthen your body with this awesome full-body workout. This is the authentic step workout with the effective routines we all know and love - ranging from simple to advanced moves and may include choreographed routines.

HIGH FITNESS

HIGH fitness combines HIIT and plyometrics with music you know and love. This high-energy workout will challenge your cardio fitness and strength and leave feeling ready for more.

HIGH INTENSITY BOOTCAMP

This class gives you the HIIT you've been looking for. Short periods of a variety of cardio exercises alternate with strength exercises for an intense workout.

LOW IMPACT CARDIO AND STRENGTH

Low Impact Cardio and Strength is a joint-friendly, fun total body workout. We blend cardio, strength, and core exercises for all fitness levels, making it perfect for beginners, those with physical considerations, and anyone looking to enjoy community fitness.
