RPM®

We believe that fitness is a journey, not a race! Find your rhythm to the music and control own resistance levels and speed. Your instructor will take you through hill climbs, sprints and flat riding for a motivating and fun low-impact workout.

LES MILLS SPRINT

This cycle workout will help you achieve results fast. LES MILLS SPRINT™ uses High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for our most challenging cycle class. Your SPRINT instructor will bring the fun and motivation as they guide you to new levels of fitness. Intensity level: High
