BODYPUMP™

Iconic and timeless, BODYPUMP™ is heart-pumping, high-rep resistance training. It’s a strength training classic. A full-body workout that builds strength endurance – and leaves you feeling strong, fit and euphoric.

LES MILLS GRIT™ Strength

This 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. LES MILLS GRIT Strength takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio

This 30-minute HIIT workout improves cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. LES MILLS GRIT Cardio takes HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

LES MILLS  SPRINT™

This cycle workout is only 30 minutes, but you'll feel the power and achieve results fast. LES MILLS SPRINT™ uses High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for our most challenging cycle class. Your SPRINT instructor will bring the fun and motivation as they guide you to new levels of fitness. Intensity level: High

BODYBALANCE™ Class

BODYBALANCE™

Melt away stress with this class curated to strengthen your body and increase flexibility while granting you a sense of calm. In BODYBALANCE™, simple yoga moves meet our favorite elements of Tai Chi and Pilates set to soothing music. This class is great for all fitness levels.
